One of my college room mates and good friends Arien “Knowledge” Young and his friend Ron “Da Vinci” St. Juste  formed a hip hop due while we were at Morgan State University. Formerly the Union, the group recently changed their name to UnioNoMics. They have been making music since 2005, focusing on thought provoking yet fun lyrics. Equally cerebral as they are festive; their music is a breath of fresh air in today’s cotton candy hip hop market.

They just launched their website UnioNoMics.net. Its a collection of writing from each of their individual blogs. They write about their music, and hip hop in general.
